Typical floors on the new residential tower feature the central core area which consist of the lifts and stairs, and flanged on its sides by a 2nos; 4- ensuite  bedrooms  luxury flats. The luxury flats prides a large kitchen, Study room and a service quarters. The service quarters open up to an escape stair hall at the rear of the tower.

The communal facility of a gym/sports centre, children’s play/recreational area and property management offices are also distinguishing facility of this urban micro community.

The architectural exterior feel  of  the residential tower is bold with active display of alternating forms on its central longitudinal axis. This is a deliberate effort at newness  and identification in its locality.
