Description:

This is a project that aims to cater to the housing and accommodation needs of the prestigious commint buka franchise in Lagos, Nigeria.

Situated in the serene Karimu Street, off Itire Road, Surulere, the edifice stands at about 15m above natural ground level. It houses a total of 16 units of residential self contained ensuite rooms, and is also equipped with kitchenettes,utility rooms,storages and a large rooftop open terrace for the commint staff to relax and enjoy the cool of the evening.

The project has a contemporary facade which appears simple yet elaborate. This indirectly greatly contributes to the aesthetical value of that area.
