Mansion at Osoba Hilltop Estate, Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria

Description:

This cube-concept dwelling sits on a 600sqm of sloped land within the prestigious Osoba Hilltop Estate in Abeokuta.

It parades 4-ensuite bedrooms, large kitchen, service quarters and 2-lounges  spread across ground and first floors respectively. The boxed structure is presented in the cubist design approach, both in its interior and exterior, and conveys the message of dominance  and Strength especially on its exterior feel.

A deliberate and delicate 3.6m cantilevered - 75m thick concrete plate over  the car-port, is anchored by concrete corbels from above, and  could be seen in the frontal facade of the structure.

Furthermore, the openness of the interior plan, and spot facade material finish prides the building's external look. This amazing and compact dwelling is designed to grow out of her site, like a sculpted batholith extrusion on the undulating natural landscape of the prestigious Osboa Hilltop Estate in Abeokuta.
