Description:  This new entrance Arcade is designed to replace the previous, and visioned to compliment the high end  , upscale luxury residential estate.

The entrance arcade design celebrates stature, dominance and the message of authority and poise. Its  butterfly  expressive  shaded entrance  on either side of the secured entrance also demonstrates strength and openness in the use of finish materials. The frame free glass facade affords multiple vistas around and about the entrance.. The interior space is planned for orderly  and secured access and exit of both pedestrian  and vehicular traffic, with holding facility for visitors in the building, and cars outside.

Signage and visibility? Not a problem! The estate identity can be boldly identified on a marble finish outcrop structural wall from the arcades line of bilateral and latitudinal symmetry.
