Description:

This is a cubist approach to urban residential housing design. The units are simply confined in cubed spaces provided.

The proposed edifice is the outcome of demolition of an  existing structure on the project site. The development takes advantage of the new coastal highway  (lagos- Calabar) adjacent to the project site. Presented in the modular structure are 9(nine) accommodation units of varying scopes- (1, 2, and 3 bedroom en-suite units), on ground, 1st and 2nd floors respectively.  The units are divided by  the access and escape stairwells latitudinally located, and forming the lines of tri-lateral symmetry.

The external feel is largely modular, conveying the message of simplicity yet, blunt brutality. The interior planning offers urban lifestyle both in effective use of spaces and colour-works, designed to catch  the youthful  and upwardly mobile brackes of tenancy.
