Description: This is an affordable upcoming lower mid class residential development on the outskirt of metropolitan Lagos. It is a modular design of smart 2-bedroom apartments on a typical Isheri North plot size. It features 3nos, 2-bedroom apartments go ground and one suspended floor, and purposely designed for starter families.

Each 75sqm Unit parades an en-suite 2-bedroom with the luxury of a visitors toilet. The main and escape stairwells are latitudinally positioned, and forms the zone of lateral separation of the flats. The exterior physiognomy of the building is pretty simply, modular and military in the standard grid iron style. It also commands the language of an attempted brutality. This simple building block also places premium of maintenance, as such deliberate louvered duct lines on the build peripheral facades.
