Proposed Residential Development on Eso Close, GRA-Ikeja Lagos

Description:  These residential blocks are designed for an end of the close plot of land, in the lush residential woods of Ikeja Government  Reserved  area (GRA)


The first block is a twin residential development on ground plus two suspended floors, and designed to blend with the corner shape of the plot.  Each unit is a 4-all en-suite bedrooms manshionnete with constituent spaces designed to catch the multiple vistas of the micro community.


The rear residential block is a block of 6-flats arranged on either side of a central main and escape stair hall, which forms the line of bilateral symmetry of the building block. Allocated car parks are paraded on the ground floor of this unit.


The general physiognomy of the edifices is calm, and exudes gorgeous and delicate personality of the blocks.


What’s more? The constituent space allocations are designed to reflect an urban lifestyle.
