Structural changes such as adding or removing walls, expanding rooms, or creating additional storage space were undertaken during this phase. The goal was to create a seamless flow between the different areas of the duplex while maximizing its functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The final phase of this re-modelling process involved the selection of materials, finishes, and fixtures. This includes choosing flooring options, cabinetry, countertops, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and paint colors that align with the desired style and design theme. Attention was paid to both durability and visual appeal to ensure the re-modelled spaces reflects the homeowner's taste and meets their lifestyle needs.
