This is a retirement home for an aviation  professional and consultant. It is a combo design, and incorporates a 1-bedroom guest Charlet smartly incorporated into the bungalow, by way of a dual wall, which is also a construction expansion joint. The two accommodations together form the L-shaped structure.

The bungalow feature 3nos. Ensuite bedrooms, a large family lounge, dinning platform and a study. The Family lounge, dining, and kitchen/store  are designated to form a continuous flow.  An L-shaped terrace is purposely designed to catch the vistas around the site.
