Typical two nos. apartments are stacked on ground, first, second, third and fourth floors respectively and arranged in a linear block of three, and forming a flank of the residential micro-community. The apartments are essentially cubed, and replicated on the site. They are also structurally tied together by the modular grid network of columns and beams.
