Description: Villa Du Bembs is a bold and corky expression of  the nest of a City social  Elite, and demonstrated in shape, form and style.

The Muscular building block expresses  raw strenght and physique. It prides separately;  3nos. Luxury 4-bedroom accommodation and offering urban lifestyle. The third of the accommodations is configured as a pent  floor, 4-bedroom pent apartment.

On the typical Lekki area plot, the compound parades three different vehicular gate entrances to the 3nos. Luxury accommodation tactically incorporated in a single building block, yet smartly differentiated with straight latitudinal structural and soundproof walls separating the accommodations. Aside the pent floor luxury accommodation, the other two units occupy the ground and first floors respectively, and ported as front and rear units on the plot. (See Plans).

The general external appeal of the structure is pretty expressive of deliberate volumetric composition, and rigid balance of fenestration lines, yet simple in assimilation.
