Description:

This is a slim, slender and multi-coloured block of city rooms in the heart of Maryland commercial centre. The Hotel block sits next to the popular Maryland hall, and offers short city-stay accommodation.

It is designed to compliment the maryland hall, and short stay city accommodation in the neighbourhood. It features smart single and double rooms, and a suspended swimming pool at its Ikorodu road end of the building block.

Its facade is aggressively colourful to light up the  dominant large black coloured mall next to it. The rooms all open into a long corridor which terminates the extent of the building on its long lateral side.

The exterior feel is  fairly juvenile to catch the popularity and attention of youthfull shoppers in the neighborhood.
