Best Western Hotel, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State - Nigeria

Description:

This colourful Best Western Hotel parades 80nos 3-tier room classification. Its location is the heartland of Yenagoa, Bayelsa State Nigeria.

The Largely L-shaped 3-star hotel features a 250-seater multipurpose hall smartly attached to its left frontal wing, while the hotel accommodation forms the L-shape structure. The hotel shape is largely dictated by the irregular and constrained shape of the land. The resultant shape of the hotel offers the best options for optimal  number of rooms.

On the ground floors is a large reception area which forms the intersection of the wings of the L-shape. A central corridor bisects the L-shape structure, and open into a scenic lift on its frontal facade. The larger options of rooms are designed to catch the views  around the busy environment by way of cantilevered balconies.

The official colours of the Best Western Brand are boldly demonstrated on all facades  of this humble hotel in differential and alternating applications.

Design effort on this hotel also aimed at a free flow traffic and parking facility in the constrained and well landscaped site.
