Igho Heights, Lekki Phase I, Lagos State-Nigeria

Description:


This is a 7-storey corporate edice in the heart of Lekki Phase I business district, and along the busy Lekki- Ajah Expressway. She sits on a 150nos concrete piles and  accompanying caps, and designed to withstand free southernly wind from the Atlantic Ocean close to her location.  


The edifice offers 1500sqm of  open-plan office space, spread across ground and six suspended floors, and a luxury  4-bedroom pent floor apartment. The typical floors parades two service core, that accommodates the lifts,  Hvac system, main and exit stairs, toilets and a central reception facility. Typical nicely concealed service ducts for high and low voltage lines can also be identified in the core.


The exterior facade of the building is aggressively post modern, and exudes the deliberate show of newness and corporate pride and ascension in the locality. This is demonstrated in her dramatic and colourful exterior physiognomy.

Whatsmore? A purpose designed large blank wall for electronic advertisement, can be found at the rear expressway facing facade of the building for the attention the bride-structure deserves.
