

Ikotun Meetinghouse, The Church Of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints
Description: This H-Shape bungalow structure and prototype for the Church of Mormons sits on over 4000sqm of land in heart of Egbeda suburb in Lagos, Nigeria.
It features a bi-partitionable large hall on one wing of the H-Shape, and an array of classrooms for teaching on the other half. Incised within the H-shape structure is also a central courtyard for communal and missionary activities. A distinguishing facility of this meetinghouse are sporting facilities of multiple lawn tennis and basketball ball courts within the corner piece land that accommodates meetinghouse.
The church’s standard Spire is tactically incorporated on the front elevation at the chapel end of the H-shape structure, as typically and symbolically captured on the church prototype.
