Multisub Energy Building, Lekki Phase I, Lagos.

Description:


This is an Alteration and Remodelling Project of an existing 6-storey  Building. The project entailed mainly the remodelling of the building’s external facade, demolition of existing interior partition, and re-planning of spaces to suit Multisub operational systems and procedures.


Open plan and cellular executive offices were mainly adopted in the interior conception of typical office floors. Office spaces were designed  to suite operational flow of Multisub Energy in unique material finishes. The use of  clear glass is extensive in the project’s interior configuration, while signages and graphical display also-played a  user-guide role in the recognition of all interior spaces.


The external physiognomy is composed to reflect the official colours of the Energy Company in distinct aluminium composite boards. Day lighting also played a great deal in the interior composition and diffusion of lights,  and for increased productivity of all users. The typical office floors consist of the lift, toilets, Main and steel - framed escape stairwell.
