Proposed Sata Pharmacy, Agege Motor-road, Mushin - Lagos

Description:

This is a 4-storey building/shopping complex proposed for Sata Pharmacy - A first generation Nigerian Pharmaceutical Chain.

The ground floor offers the pharmaceutical shop/arena of the Chain. On other floors are  lettable shops of varying sizes, which all open into a rectangular sky-lit void in the centre. The voids are terminated at the buildings shorter ends with aerated Main and escape stair halls, with slated concrete opening to the outside. Public toilets are also facilitate around the escape stair hall, aside individual toilets provided for medium and large shops.

Reflective colourful  high level windows over stacked sale items are adopted in the shops, for multiple light and prismatic indoor light diffusion.
