On the ground floor of this intelligent and impressive building is a purpose designed facility for Radial Circle Telecommunications.

They include telecommunication Warehouse and laboratory facilities, executive meeting rooms and Chalets for transit staffs of the organization. Executive offices for the organization are accommodated on the 4th floor of this building, and also present a Large conference facility.

The corporate edifice also features executive accommodation and conference facilities on its pent floor, nicely tucked within the volumetric composition of the roof.

The Architectural challenge of the corporate centre, attempts to implant the corporate edifice amidst the lush residential dwellings in the neighborhood, as such, a deliberate effort to transform the buildings external physiognomy from its locational high end residential ambience into a corporate and post modern office edifice to a residential lookalike. This is achieved not only by the volumetric play of typical accommodation cubes and manipulation of its external facades.

but also the transient play of finishes in the ambience of office Architecture totalling in simplicity and repose.
