Description:

This  Technical and Training Centre is a subsidiary of the Radial Circle Telecommunications Group. This facility is located at 15, Jenny & Jenny Road, off Peter Odilli street, Trans Amadi Industrial layout, Port-harcourt Rivers State.

The building is a one storey technical & training facility. On the ground floor are training  classrooms, electronic equipment assessment and quality assurance laboratory, large storage hall and the double-volume technical workshop. The ground floor  is accessible from the side set back of the facility, and spaces allocated in line with operational flow, and organogramme of the organisation.

On the first floor are additional training rooms, offices and short stay  6nos ensuite bedrooms for transit and training staff and visitors. The accommodate rooms all  open into a common large lounge, which is adjoined by a central kitchen for the facility.

On the frontal part of the building are two large roller shutters which open into the main workshop. The workshop on the ground floor is visible from the gangway above. The workshop is further facilitated with a gantry held in shape by large I-section beams which runs longitudinally across the double volume workshop. Technical offices can be seen on one side of  the cantilevered walkway and  around the void.

The general external physiognomy of the facility is  aggressively corporate and commands the basic identity of an Institutional building, though partly industrial in use.
