Project: VDL Corporate headquarter Building, GRA Ikeja - Lagos

Description:  Presented here is a smart and petite 3-storey office headquarter building for VDL - A payment gateway, gaming & smart technology company. The proposed building sits of a 360sqm of land, within the lush Greenwood of GRA Ikeja. 

The ground floor  of the micro office headquarters offers ample parking for cars, creche, gym and a central reception area directly overlooking the U-shaped stairwell with incised lift.

The typical floors above parades open plan and cellular offices, and accessed from a  minor reception area with  core facilities (Toilets & utility rooms). Typical floors are also exit-able via an escape stairwell at the rear right end of the building. Executive offices and 2nr independent residential accommodation form the last two floors of the edifice.

The general outlook of the building is Tech, with its large electronic screen display incised within a colourful tubular prismatic truss system on the front view. The building’s fenestration lines are smart and definitive in form, shapes and volumes. The overall physiognomies  and deliberate signage facade of the building is not only compact, but also linguistic of the purpose, ownership and activities within the edifice.
